Regarding Internship and Professional Practices;

• Internship evaluation form has been updated. This form will be filled out by the company at the end of the internship and must be delivered in a sealed envelope.
• The professional practice report has been updated. This form will be filled out by our students during professional practice.
• Summer internship report has been updated. This form will be filled out by our students during the internship.
• These forms must be delivered by e-mail during the pandemic period, and by e-mail and in person after the pandemic period, to the academic staff in the internship committee.
• Our students, before their internship; The intern should not forget to submit the state contribution form and internship acceptance form.
• The internship directive form provides our students with the necessary information about the places where they will do their internship, and it is recommended to review it.
